It is not uncommon for Jordan Brand to release accompanying apparel alongside the major Air Jordan Retro releases. Contemporary graphic design is obviously a lot more advanced, but no design today can touch the vintage motif provided by a true piece of Jordan apparel history. Yesterday we showed you a nice collection of warm-ups that featured the iconic Elephant print and others that matched the Air Jordan VI Infrared. Here’s a look at a set of nylon zip-ups, warm-up pants, and sweatshirts that go hand in hand with one of the greatest model + colorway combos of all time – the Air Jordan V (5) Grape.

The alternate colored panels, piping accents,Warcraft 3 CD Key, and the Flight logo sitting atop a weathered frame graphic were all fitting of that time,Nike Air Yeezy, but this collection of vintage Air Jordan apparel designed for the early 90’s seems to show no age. Back when Air Jordans were primarily used as performance shoes, the gaudy design and exorbitant amount of coloring matched perfectly with the breakthrough design of the Air Jordan V. The Blazer CS – part of the Nike SB Custom Series – will also arrive; black with a white swoosh with a sweet all-gum sole. Nike Air Pippen 1,nike shoes, anyone? Here’s a new colorway in white and total orange that doesn’t seem to match up to any of his team colorways. Bulls? Nope. Rockets or Blazers? Not here. Central Arkansas? Definitely not. This colorway is just another interesting combination of the Nike Air Pippen 1 that Scottie wore during the ‘97 Playoffs,chi flat iron, but anyone remember the Zoom version that he wore? Scottie was quoted to have preferred Zoom over Air but the tri-pressure Air Units from the 90’s look sweeter, don’t they? If orange is your thing, grab these from steptorun on eBay.

The ‘Cough Drop’ Foamposite One was given that nickname due to its translucent red outsole, giving the appearance of an oversized Luden’s throat soother. Although eating the shoe as a cough remedy isn’t recommended,MBT Shoes, the Foamposite does in fact manage to do two things; give you a Prozac-like happiness and lighten the load of your wallet. Niketown in NYC already gave out wristbands,Vibram Five Fingers, anticipating the hoopla behind the shoe, and the House of Hoops was also confirmed as a source for the Foams. Now 21 Mercer – the Nike Sportswear store in SoHo – will also drop these Foams, so New Yorkers can now add a third option to the list. The Nike Air Foamposite One Cough Drop will release tomorrow at the three aforementioned locations, but you can always grab a pair now on eBay.

Yesterday night,Warcraft 3 CD Key, Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers won their fifth championship in eleven seasons. Kobe will be the first to say that this championship was a true team victory; Kobe didn’t have his A-game (25% from the field) but the script was flipped as the rest of the Lakers squad had to carry its superstar to victory.
