We’ve seen a ton of sneaker inspired art over the past couple years,UGG Boots, but this has gotta be right up there with the coolest.  Plenty of us have created a diorama or some other school project from our old shoe boxes, but when New Balance hired creative agency Canoe to build their ad campaign for the upcoming 2011 lifestyle collection,Nike Air Yeezy, we learned how far you can take a cardboard rectangle.  Reproducing the famous Flimby factory, this exhibition first showed up at the most recent Bread & Butter and will soon tour across the United Kingdom in honor of NB’s ‘Made in UK’ styles.  Click the jump below to see the entire Flimby factory with trucks and all the details — all made out of New Balance shoeboxes! 

Here’s a new basketball shoe from Jordan Brand that’s totally awesome, baby!  Named after the Dickie-V-ism for ‘prime time player’,skateboarding shoes, the Air Jordan PTP’er is super scintillating sensational with its uniquely ‘JB’ style that manages to escape from being ‘just’ another hybrid.  There are definitely familiar elements here, like how the rear midsole rises similarly to the Air Jordan VI or how the encircled Jumpman logo above it is reminiscent of the AJXIII ‘Playoffs’,nike shoes, but even though these sport the ‘Concord’ shade made famous on the Elevens, these PTP’ers have their own unique look.  Stick with Sneaker News for updates on the Jordan PTP’er and check out the sample from cigar0330 on eBay.

This colorway of the Nike Trainer SC 2010 was first seen on the feet of DJ Clark Kent when he posted this new colorway on his Twitter. Here,Diablo 2 CD Keys, we get a closer look at the Solar Red colorway, which can be described as Infrared but with a slight lean toward Sport Red. The color is used on the Air Unit, Flywire panel,nike shoes, and contrast stitching on the mudguard on a white and black base. The Solar Red Trainer SC 2010 was reported last May with a July 2010 release date, so here they are, available at Nike retailers like Kix-Files or also on eBay.

July has officially arrived, so that means we can expect the Nike SB July 2010 Footwear at SB accounts. The previously previewed Pine Green colorway of the Janoski is now available at 21 Mercer,Asics Shoes, the first Nike SB to be available at the SoHo Sportswear shop since its inception in August of 2008. Is this release a sign of things to come? Adding another Nike SB destination in Manhattan never hurts, so to have the capsule available at 21 Mercer coud result in a boost in sales and better exposure to the Nike SB products not named Dunk – particularly the lifestyle-crossover shoes like the Janoski. The retail spot already carries Nike 6.0, Nike’s action sports footwear line, so an SB introduction wouldn’t be much of a surprise. There are lots of Air Jordan heads out there who try to keep up with all of the Jordan Brand releases, but not many can compete with the son of MJ, Marcus Jordan. He has been seen showcasing his collection as of late, and here we feature a pair of Air Jordan 9 (IX)’s created specially for him. they sport a black upper constructed from leather and suede, along with bright yellow accents. Also, his jersey number (5) is stitched onto the back of the shoe. We highly doubt you’ll ever see these release to the general public.
