Rick Ross’ next album will be released in the next few days and while a number of fans eagerly await the Boss’ newest album, Teflon Don,Diablo 2 CD Keys, which some critics are already calling one of the best albums of the year, Complex.com decided to feature the Boss as the latest celebrity from their “Greatest Footwear Moments” feature. Living down in Miami,Louis Vuitton Shoes, Ross definitely has a strong collection of Air Force 1’s, Air Jordan’s, and various designer sneakers ranging from Gucci to Louis Vuitton. Solar Red has shown up on a significant percentage of this summer’s sneakers,Diablo 2 CD Key, so it was only a matter of time before this energetic shade showed up on the originator of visible Air.  The Nike Air Max 1 ND is pictured above in a mix of the aforementioned shade of red,Kanye West Shoes, black and white, but escapes the typical ‘Bred’ distinction through its yellow tongue tag that compliments a gum rubber outsole.  This combo has spawned the nickname ‘Un-Urawa’ in reference to a 2004 pair, and set to ship in early August, these Solar Red AM1s are available now for pre-order from End.

Down three games to two,Nike Air Yeezy, Kobe Bryant and the Lakers were faced with elimination going back to the Staples Center. How did the Lakers fare in Game 6? The last Nike Air Griffey Max 1 release was the Cool Grey/Marina Blue release of February, and that was presumed to be the last of the Griffey Max 1 releases once the first colorway of the Air Griffey Max GD II dropped. However one more colorway was in the works for a June release, a Quickstrike with a Metallic Platinum/Black colorway. This new colorway has a metallic platinum upper with a black midsole,Diablo 2 CD Key, ankle collar, strap,Nike Air Yeezy, and lace-up construction, and will release later this week with accompanying apparel releasing alongside. With a sweet lefty unasterisked swing combined with an outfield glove like a venus fly trap, Ken Griffey Jr. stands as the only baseball player in history to have a signature line that translated successfully to urban wear. Will this colorway be a proper tribute to Ken Griffey Jr.? It is not uncommon for Jordan Brand to release accompanying apparel alongside the major Air Jordan Retro releases. Contemporary graphic design is obviously a lot more advanced, but no design today can touch the vintage motif provided by a true piece of Jordan apparel history. Yesterday we showed you a nice collection of warm-ups that featured the iconic Elephant print and others that matched the Air Jordan VI Infrared. Here’s a look at a set of nylon zip-ups, warm-up pants, and sweatshirts that go hand in hand with one of the greatest model + colorway combos of all time – the Air Jordan V (5) Grape.

The alternate colored panels, piping accents,Warcraft 3 CD Key, and the Flight logo sitting atop a weathered frame graphic were all fitting of that time,Nike Air Yeezy, but this collection of vintage Air Jordan apparel designed for the early 90’s seems to show no age. Back when Air Jordans were primarily used as performance shoes, the gaudy design and exorbitant amount of coloring matched perfectly with the breakthrough design of the Air Jordan V. When we got a look at the Bodega x Saucony Shadow 5000 collaboration back in February, the initial word didn’t reveal the entire story.  Turns out,nike shoes, these Boston-based brands were working together to create an entire line of premium kicks that will be distributed ONLY in Japan.  Saucony Elite will see small runs of ultra-luxe retro kicks issued under its umbrella,nike shoes, and from the looks of these first pairs, the collection is as good as it gets.  Click the jump for more shots and stick with Sneaker News, cos it’ll probably be impossible for Bodega to resist the urge to release at least a few of these here in their Beantown location.  via SF

We’ve seen the Nike KD1, Kevin Durant’s signature sneaker a number of times over the past few months, today, Nike officially unveiled the sneaker and gives us a much better idea of the design and make up of the KD1.

“Working with Nike on my first signature basketball shoe was a dream come true,” said Durant, consensus 2007 National College Player of the Year and Washington, D.C. native. “My goal was to introduce a shoe that performs well, looks great and showcases my roots.”

Nike and reigning NBA Rookie of the Year Kevin Durant showcase the next generation of footwear with the launch of the KD1, Durant’s first signature shoe with the brand. By taking a personal journey through Durant’s life, Nike designers seamlessly integrate superior performance with personal design touches.

Durant’s relentless work ethic is well noted and fundamental to the KD1 design. From the age of nine he has been a “gym rat” through and through and the KD1 includes design details that reflect Durant’s determination. His strong work ethic has carried him from his amateur basketball playing days to life now in the league. Nike collaborated closely with Durant to create a signature shoe with performance and design at the forefront.Nike designers met with Durant to get to know his personality and sources of inspiration. The KD1 has many storytelling elements including:
• A postage stamp inspired design on the left tongue because Durant’s mother worked at the post office; a security badge is included on the right tongue for his father who worked as a security officer
• Symbols and numbers on the left outsole represent locations meaningful to Durant
• Elements that represent the hard-work ethic that he puts into his game, such as “1 hr defense drills, 1000 toe raises, grandma brings dinner to the gym” and “I never quit”

The KD1 shoe is a lightweight, well-cushioned and sleek men’s basketball shoe. Durant plays small forward and needs a lightweight shoe that can keep up with his quick sprints down the court. KD1 has a Nike Zoom unit and a lightweight injection phylon midsole for exceptional cushioning. It’s also equipped with plenty of flex grooves on the outsole that forwards need for multidirectional cuts.

The KD1 is now available in the United States at Nike.com, The Sports Authority and Foot Locker. The suggested retail price is $88.
